Cisco Expressway X14.3 License

Does Cisco Expressway X14.3 work without a license?
I have installed and configured Cisco Expressway X14.3 according to the official Cisco guide, but when I login, I get the following error:
Discovery Outcome Failure: FAILED_EDGE_CONNECTION
Domain Controller The specified domain either does not exist or could not be contacted.
The Cisco Jabber works on the internal network. But when using Cisco Expressway X14.3 (External Network), the above error is encountered.
Is this problem due to not having a license?

its think the 14.3 is buggy then.

We use version 14.3 on all of our Expressway deployments and have not seen any apparent defects. They are used for either MRA or B2B functions.

Which version did you install now exactly?
Maybe it just works now, because you are not hitting the following requirement anymore, which was introduced in X14.0.2
This would have been discussed in the forum so many times already.

Thanks Nithin, Roger, b.winter
I installed 14.2.7 today for a project without any problems and everything works fine. In 14.2.7, it is important to upload certificates in CUCM. Certificate errors are displayed well in CSA.
One of the easiest installations is related to version 14.0.0, it is not sensitive to certificates.
I haven't been able to fix the 14.3 issue yet.
