Hi dear
I had a power outage in my datacenter and a lot of my VMs have gone down including my CCX. After power has been restored and CCX VM restarted, I'm having my Cisco Finesse giving me error message OUT OF SERVICE on the login page despite services been all started. I restarted Cisco Finesse Tomcat several times and even restarted the engine itself but still encountering same error. I restarted the VM itself but stll the same error message.
On the CLI administration page warning message below is appearing
WARNING: Ungraceful shutdown detected - A rebuild of this node is highly recommended
to ensure no negative impact(such as configuration or file system corruption). For
rebuild instructions, see the installation guide.
Is this related!? has anyone encounter same issue, Is this a know issue after power outage. I read things here and there but none of them has helped me so far.

Hi @FrejusMA - have you tried gracefully shutting down the CCX server / cluster and bringing back into service that way? Log into the CCX node via ssh and issue command utils system restart.
