Hi,
Just finished installation and configuration of the IM& Presence sever x 2, that is a cluster and grouped with the same Presence Redundancy Group with HA.
Look like all functions are working fine on Cisco Jabber client (IM, phone service).
But 2 x IM& Presence showed the UNKNOWN error on node status. The notification alerted the Cisco Server Recovery Manager error and I restarted the Server Recovery Manager service already. Otherwise, I checked the dbreplication state is 2 normally.
Actually, I rebooted many times, but it still is no luck.
Any reason to make the UNKNOWN error? Any idea to fix it out?

Hi,
This might be due to tomcat certificate mismatch. if you have signed certificates, make sure the new sub and all the nodes updated with required root CA certificate as tomcat-trust. If self signed, you can try to regenerate tomcat certificate in PUB and check.

Actually, I'm using the DigiCert UC cert. to sign all CallManager & IM& Presence servers and combined the intemediate and RootCA, that is not support on CM & IMP servers? After separate the certs. to upload as Tomcat trust, then working back the HA on IMP servers.
