Hi,
I have 2 MediaSense (ver. 8.5) nodes:
10.0.2.7 - Primary
10.0.2.13 - Secondary/Extension
In the primary node, I found that many services are stopped (not started) - refer to 10.0.2.7.jpg in the attachment. I tried to compare the services started in the secondary node, and as shown in 10.0.2.13.jpg, there are many services that are started in 10.0.2.13 but not in 10.0.2.7. I tried manually starting the services (util service start) but to no avail. The services are still having STOPPED status. How do I get these services to auto start again?
Also, I cannot login to the administrator web page (10.0.2.7) but I can login into 10.0.2.13 with no issue
