Cisco Mediasense issue after changing the IP adress

Hi

i have cisco MediaSense 10.5 , after changing the Ip confguration of the server i get the error message "unable to login as Config service is down"

i used the command :utils service restart Cisco MediaSense Configuration Service and service is started but i still have the same error when i tried to access to administration interface or record and paly interface of MediaSense

i restarted the service twice but the same error

any help please
