cisco mediasense Partition Management

hi
i'm using cisco mediasense 10.5
recently i faced a problem , when i access to search and play page i found some calls marked with exclamation sign
and when checked Media Partition Management i found that the record partition has 90 percent of usage !!!!!!!!!!! and also configure media partition is grayed
i don't know why
could you help me please

Hi,

This may require resizing exisiting harddisk to the original size using vsphere, based on OVF template reference for hard disk space. I would suggest engaging TAC.
