cisco MRA without DNS

Hello,

We are trying to set up  cisco MRA .We have all the CUCM,Presence,VCS-E and VCS-C as mentioned in the document.

I will use Presence IP if I am in the LAN and I can use VCS-E (public ip) if I am outside LAN.

Can we make the system work like this without DNS ?

No, DNS and SRV records are a major component of the MRA solution.
