Cisco PCA error when saving "Notification Device"

When clicking save on the notification device I get this error "Error saving notification device - Number of Rings before hanging up is invalid.
Please enter a number greater than zero." I do not see anywhere to change the number of rings.

I just upgraded from 6.1 to 7.1(3)ES26 Unity connections. When I make changes in Unity itself it works fine. The changes appear in PCA .

Symptom: Unity Connection 7.1(3) CiscoPCA Personal Notification page fails to display properly. When attempting to modify a given notification device, the web page will fail to render fully, resulting in the lower section of the page fully missing, and any attempt to make or save changes to the page will result in error: Error Saving Notification Device - Number of rings before hanging up is invalid. Please enter a number greater than zero. Conditions: Unity Connection 7.1(3) ES 26 and higher. Workaround: None

Rob is always Quick Draw McGraw...but just for clarity ES 26 is 7.1(3b)SU2 or (if I remember correctly) is 7.1.3.32904
