Dear all,

I have 2 clusters of CUCM.

I have installed CPCA 10.5.1 trial and added 2 publishers successfully through logical discovery and there are in the managed state.

But I do not see subscribers and phones and dashlets are empty.

What should I do?

mmaamm238 i would suggest to use the current 11.5 or 11.6 version of PCA.

not sure if 10.5 (EOS) is the right software for a trial and if it supports your environment.

https://software.cisco.com/download/release.html?mdfid=286308473&softwareid=286289070&release=11.5&relind=AVAILABLE&rellifecycle=&reltype=latest

for 11.5.1 please note you have to add the additional patch on top of the installation.

I am unable to download the new version.

I found this:

"Prime Collaboration supports Cisco Unified CM clusters. Cluster IDs must be unique. Prime Collaboration supports Cisco Unified CM clusters with unique cluster IDs. The access control list (ACL) in Cisco Unified CM must contain all endpoints to be managed. If the Cisco Unified CM SNMP user configuration includes the ACL, all Cisco Unified CM nodes in the cluster must contain the Prime Collaboration server IP address."

What is ACL in CUCM?

Is it mandatory to define it?

The ACL talks about SNMP access in CUCM Serviceability.

You can also grant all devices SNMP access to your cucm.

Please get in touch with your partner or account team to get download access for the current PCA version
