Hello,

All I see in this link is Prime Collaboration Provisioning and Assurance, no Prime Collaboration Deployment. Is Cisco no longer supporting PCD? It is soooooooooooo hard to find this software. I've seen other posts about ordering through PUT, I did that but it is not there. Whoever knows the location of this sought-after product, please guide us.

what u are referring is to PCA and PCP but u are looking to install PCD?

What all u have ordered through PUT or can u share the snapshot of what all u get  if u have opted for e-delivery?

Yes, I'm looking for PCD. Went through PUT using the "Guided Method", selecting Prime Collaboration, version 10.x. and this is what I got (attached). There's nothing PCD.

We're supporting PCD and it's still on development.

PCD is NOT available for download anywhere.

PCD can ONLY be obtained with the CUCM media kit, so, you do need to order the kit via PUT, you can also try with your SE/AM, but you won't find it anywhere on cisco.com to download it.
