Hello,
We are using UCCX 7.0 and we recently upgraded to Windows 7 professional 32 bit. When I try to install Cisco Supervisor Desktop on my PC , it says not compatible with Cisco.
Any thoughts around that?
Thanks,
Asad Hanif

Do you already have CAD agent installed on the PC? If so, uninstall it and then install the CSD which includes CAD.

Asad, what is the exact UCCX version? Is this 7.0(2)?
UCCX 7.0(2) is the one that officially supports Windows 7
