Cisco UCCX 7.0 giving error "Error While Handling The Input Request"

Hi,

I am having UCCX 7.0 installed and i want to replace one IVR with the new one. But whenever i go to the option Application -> Prompt Management and try to upload new IVR,it gives me error as "Error While Handling The Input Request" what causing this error. Need help on this.

Hi,

Thank you for your valuable updates. Now i am able to upload the prompts.Just one query here, the prompts which i have uploaded is playing but, first 3 seconds of prompt is not playing. What can be the reason of this.
