Hi,
I am having a major problem with our Cisco Unified Attendant Console application which is continuously crashing on two of our receptionist computers and I was hoping someone could help me or provide some guidance on how I can solve the issue.
Some details are :
CUAC Version = v OPR.10.5.1.2412
Server = Windows 2012r2 (VM hosted in the UK)
Client = Windows 8.1 64bit (Physical pc located in Ireland)
Connected via a WAN MPLS circuit
I have attached the full logs from both the server and the client pc, timestamp of the crash is at 12:44pm which will help if you are looking at the logs.
I have also implemented the below fixes I have found but it hasn't worked for me.
1) Open the below ports, TCP & UDP, inbound & outbound on the client PC

2) Made the user a Local administrator and uninstalled Symantec AV
3) Ran the application as an administrator
4) Added our CUAC servers into the local host file
5) Re-imaged the pc, this worked for a day or two, then once CUAC crashed it would not log back in.
The errors are not always the same, some say CT error when attempting to login, other error says server not available even though I can ping it
The receptionists in the UK do not have this problem as they use CUAC as well which leads me to believe it is not a server issue.
Any help here would be highly appreciated
Thanks !
