Good day, I just want to know how can i re-enable CDR output on the CISCO CM switch

In CUCM, enable CDR by going to System > Service Parameters > Callmanager service > set CDR Enabled flag to True.

Bear in mind that such setting is a server setting, if you have more than one server in your cluster, you need to enable it on every server that is handling calls.
