We have a Cisco Unity 7.0(2) over voice messanging configuration. mailboxes have been created for some users. These users can access their personal mailboxes through their own ip phones (7911G, 7942G, etc).
Now, Users want to access their personal mailboxes even though they are outside corporate network. The would dial a number from PSTN (according E.164 format) and Cisco Unity answers the call and says something like that: "hello, Welcome Cisco unity system. please enter ther extension number, now enter your password and so on until the user can hear her/his voicemail messages. Is it possible? If so, please, Could you send me some links/documentation that explains how to do it and apply it?
