Cisco Unity 8.0 licensing

Hi,

we have been running unity 8.0 and have purached Cisco software support upgrade with it. We are now going to imlement a failover server, my question is that can I get a Cisco Unity upgrade license with failover enabled with my support contract without paying for it? or do I have to purchase the failover license from Cisco.

I have this line item in my Cisco PUT. Is this what I need to order to obtain a license with failover at no cost?

Thanks Rob,

I did not think it would be free, but the vendor I am dealing with was of the impression I can order the upgrade from Cisco PUT and get the failover for nothing because I purchased Cisco UCSS.

I have contacted Cisco licensing to see what they have to say.
