Cisco Unity Backup Fails with bAccountHasMailStoreRights error

Hi,

I have a Cisco Unity Server running 4.x .The Cisco Unity Dirt Backup fails with the following error.

" (error):52 (Bad file name or number) in procedure bAccountHasMailStoreRights

of Form frmMain "

It keeps on coming even if press Ok.

Please help me in resolving this issue.
