CIsco Unity Caller Issue.

HI All,

I am having issue with CUC caller ID.

Scenario is like user "A" call to user "B"  and User B having call forwarded all setting for Voice mail. Once the call reached to voice mail we have option for caller Input if user press 1 unity will forward that call to User "C" which is configured on CUCM. Now user C receiving the call with caller ID of user B Instead of User A.

Hi,

On Unity Connection under System Settings --> Advanced --> Conversation , 

Search and tick the "Use Last (Rather than First) Redirecting Number for Routing Incoming Call"

Option.
