Cisco Unity connection Upgradation version 8.6

HI

I am trying to upgrade Unity connection version from 7.1.5 to 8.6,

I tried to order upgrade version through Product Upgrade Tool ( PUT), i could see there are two types of part codes as follows

1. UNCN8-VER-UPG-K9=

2.UNCN8-VERUPG-K9-D=

Which one i need to select in order to order the upgrade, Please suggest.

Not sure which one is the correct one, so simply order both.

Hi Siva,

Just to add a note to the good tips from my buddy Chris (+5!)

The "D" in the second SKU = Domino so it's for Lotus/Domino

shops
