Cisco Unity Coonection 2.1.2 upgrade failure to 2.1.5

While upgrading Unity Connection (publisher) from 2.1.2 to 2.1.5 we got a  message saying that the upgrade is not allowed. Is there any known  reason for that?

Hello,

It appears from Release notes that you cannot directly upgrade from 2.1.2 to 2.1.5:

The release notes point you to the following table:

Here you will see the version that can be upgraded to 2.1.5. The equivalent version should be 6.1.5.

It's much easier to understand now that the Callmanager and Unity Connections versions are now the same numbering scheme. However this only starting in Unity Connection 7.x.
