Afternoon Everyone! Hoping I can get some good feedback on other users environments. We have Cisco CUCM 12.5 that is integrated with a third party call routing solution. Cisco CUCM just handles the telephony portion, in theory we are told where to route the call and what agent.
Basically we use CIPC which is very soon EOL/EOS. We have to migrate to Jabber. Everything will work fine EXCEPT the application that handles our CTI for Whisper Coach uses the intercom line. With moving to Jabber, that does not support intercom. So we would lose that functionality. We are looking for Vendors to help mitigate this
Besides UCCX/UCCE I've only seen one vendor PARSEC which uses the MARS application. However we may need US support due to security environment. Does anyone else use, or know of any other vendors that can accomplish this??
