Hello All,
Is version 8.5 of Cisco Unity Connection ViewMail 8.5 backward compatible with Cisco Unity Connection 7.1.3.
If not, where on Cisco website can I get a compatible version?
The version of Outlook is 2010
Thank you.

Hello Rob,
I have been able to do the viewmail configuration successfully but I have some issues as regarding sending voice messages.
When I tried to send voice messages from outlook, they are stored in the send folder of the email address. How can I create folders such as sent, deleted, etc so that voice messages are stored separately from the email messages.
Thank you in advance.
