Cisco Web dialer configuration

Hi All,

I have gone through the Cisco Web dialer application and curious to know more information on this. Is there any license involved for web dialer set up and any requirement for CUCM version?

Please let me know the configuration and setup procedures in details.

No, you do not need any license as it comes with CUCM. Have you read the web dialer section in CUCM features and services guide:
