Cisco Webdialer usage, CUCM 8.6

Hi,

I have some problem when I use the Webdialer.

I tried to call the 6121 by this url : https://192.0.50.15/webdialer/Redirector?destination=6121  in Internet Explorer.

It asked me the credentials and after that, I received an error :

Cisco WebDialer - Service Unavailable

Service not enabled for you, please contact your administrator

So I checked if all was configured correctly ... I thought it was ?!

The service is activated on both Callmanager (Publisher and subscriber)

The parameters are correct in the Webdialer Service (see printscreen in attach)

The user has the right permissions : Standard CCM end User (group).

I tryed to user the webdialer thouth the CCMUser by calling someone from the Directory and there, it's working !

do you know what's wrong ??

Thanks you in advance,
Thierry

For your information, my callmanager version is System version: 8.6.2.21900-5

Hi Barry,

thanks you for your link :-)

I searched only on "webdialer" instead of "web dialer" :-/

I tried the url https://192.0.50.15:8443/webdialer/Webdialer?destination=6121

and it worked :-)

But it didn't ask me the credentials ?! Maybe the datas were saved in a cookie.

I will clean all and try again tomorrow morning

Thanks you

Thierry

@thierry.berwart

Thanx for help.

Your drawing point me to also remember to change the CTIManager  IP-adresses, when change IP adress of CUCM.

I got this Error msg: Cisco WebDialer - Service Unavailable

Service temporarily unavailable, please try again later: Cisco CTIManager down

/Johnny
