Hello friends

I had gone through the above link , today iam going to install new CUCM for a customer .Hence just looking one clarity here.

"Does NTP has to be in same domain as like CUCM or can it be anywhere else in the network & be reachable to CUCM"

It can be anywhere as long as it is reachable and meets the stratum level.

CUCM ver : 9.0

UCS C 260 M2

It can be anywhere as long as it is reachable and meets the stratum level.

HTH,

Chris

Thanks Chris , we have tried installing CUCM & CUIC , however got stuck as NTP was not reachable to our subnet since client kept it behind his firwall.

So, are you good to go now?

Chris

yes , we are . Due to client internal firewal config,we were unable to reach NTP from CUCM server.

Ports are expected to get enabled shortly. Thanks once again.
