Click to Call 8.0.2540.0 Problems

Hi everyone,

I'm having some problems installing and using Click to Call version 8.

I've tried over Windows XP SP3, Windows Vista SP2 and even on Windows 7 and the same thing happens:

When i'm opening the Click to Call Preferences window i can´t see anything... the window opens but i can´t configure the necessary settings because i´m not seeing what i should...


Here is how it looks like:

I have installed and uninstalled the application several times and the same problem keeps happening...

I have also tried to uninstall and reinstall the Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 and the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package (x86) but it didn´t solve the problem.

I have also noticed that writting the settings directly to the windows registry, the application works but i still can´t see anything.

I want to install it into a customer but like this i can´t...

Does anyone have a clue how to solve this??

Ok, i've found the problem.

It's because of the language of the Current Format on the Regional and Language Options.

I was using Portuguese (Portugal) and didn´t work. When i've changed to Portuguese (Brazil) it worked...

There are some language packages missing...
