Close Caption on 9971 phones

I'm trying to find a phone that will support Close Caption for our employees with hearing impaired to support the ADA. I purchased 9971 thinking that would do it. we are running 8.6.2 and upgrading to 10.5 . I am not able to find any doc's on how to set this up. anyone else have any idea's ?

It is not available natively, you need to look into some third party solutions.

Are you aware of an ecosystem partner that is offering this? A couple of years ago there was some buzz about a product called PhoneCaption that was going to offer this but it appears to be dead at this point since the company that offered it relinquished their TRS license to the FCC.

I typically point customers toward ipTTY but am curious if you know of an on-screen alternative.
