CME/SRST 8.0 and 9951 video !

Hi all experts.

Someone pls tell me that does CME/SRST v8.0 supports 9951 ip phone and its video capabilities ? i am mainly interested in SRST v8 so pls tell me.

I would assume it would.. but I know the SIP firmware version has been buggy for SRST.  We just had issues testing 9951/71 with SRST and there was a bug.  But I did not try video between (2) local phones when in SRST mode.  It was not a requirement for the customer, being that SRST is for limited functionality.  But it is simply a SIP connection with no codec negotiations

Hi,

The 9951 and it's series , is supported on CME 8 but it's video capability is not.

You will need to upgrade to v8.6 for it to work (will be released in a few months)
