I started implementing CME systems a few years ago as we opened new branch offices. I now have implemented a CUCM-BE system at our headquarters. I was wondering if it is possible, and if so what the process is, to convert my CME users to CUCM-BE users and my CME systems to SRST gateways connected to my CUCM-BE system.

I am very confused. I see in the ordering guide that you can migrate from CME to BE5Kusing 3and3, I can also see that you can migrate CME to UCM using 3and3.
BUT how would you build a migration from CME to BE6K using 3and3. This is not in the current BE6K ordering guide.

Please check out the latest ordering guide (for 8.6). We have specific SKUs for BE 6K 3x3 upgrade/migration.

Yes. You can use 3 for 3 program to upgrade from CME to CUCMBE (or now BE 5000) 7.1.5 as well as 8.5.1.
Thanks for all the comments on this thread. Based on the feedback we have been getting around the problems with license migration process, we have worked with the licensing team to add specific intructions in the Global licensing operations site that will aid the agents in processing the migration requests. Please let us know if you continue to have issues.
As outlined in this thread, the ordering guide covers the license migration instructions and the SKUs that need to be ordered. Please see the link for the ordering guide below.

Can you take a look at this thread that has been open for quite a while and provide your comments? It is related to BE hence I am posting it since you are the PM for this unit.
