Hey Cisco Community,
Does any of you have experience with such a scenario where i want to use my CMS Recording as a recording tool for Microsoft Teams conference. I have a endpoint that needs to have all meetings recorded and it desnt matter if we use internal infrastructure or we use Teams meeting. There is a CMS/CUCM/TMS/EXP as well as CVI for Teams for that particular endpoint. The scenario i was thinking of was to trigger a dial out of CMS Recording Room directly to conference on Teams through CVI. Do you have any tips of how to automatize this scenario? I can use a AMX/Crestron control procesor for the matter of communication with CMS or any other Cisco component.
The other idea i was thinking of was automatize on call control a rule where every call from the endpoint "X" which is a dial out to a certain ip range (CVI) is triggering a call on CMS Recording? Can we set this kind of rule on Cisco Call Control in new version 12.5.
I would really appreciate your imput on that case.
