Dose any boby knows if exist a compatibility to mount a B6K (Virtual appliance) in a Hyperflex HX240

The answer to your exact question, is NO.
A BE 6K in any size, can only be considered as such, when it's running on one of the 6K platforms from the link Hitesh provided.
If you choose to change ANY of the HW components from the BOM from such options, or the RAID, then it's no longer a 6K, it will turn into specs based UC on UCS, and you lose the TRC level of support.
So, can you run a 6K on hyperflex?? NO
Can you run UC products on hyperflex?? YES
It will be considered as running specs based UCS
