Conference in CUBAC Client

The Conference button is grayed out in the CUBAC client 8.0.0.535.

Has anyone else run into this and if so any fixes out there?  I can conf if I use the phone buttons, but the buttons in the client are grayed out.

Call flow to use conference button in CUBAC:

- answer incoming call

- do a directory search

- press the Start Conference button

- once answered press the conference button

All parties will then be joined together
