Configure MFA with Jabber

Hello,

We want to configure MFA for Jabber. We currently have cucm 12.5 and expressway 14.0 and jabber 14.0. Can you please help me how set this up?

From what I know this is not a question that revolves around CM or Expressway, it would be related to the underlying authentication infrastructure that you have in place. As such it is not something that this community can support you with. Recommend you to work together on this with the administrator(s) of the authentication system landscape that you use.

If we have RSA as IDP , how to force jabber client to send the authentication request to the IDP once user enter his username and password ?

I mean where to configure the ip address of the IDP so CUCM will not complete the authentication request unless the user enter the OTP ?

can this done without sso in Jabber MRA only ?

As @Roger Kallberg said, MFA has nothing to with Jabber, CUCM, ... These are settings of your IDP. You need to enable SSO in CUCM, CUC, ... whatever you have. And in your IDP you define the authentitication methods.
