Hello, how can I configure CUCM 14 so that I hear MOH in the Hunt Pilot instead of the initial prompt? The reason is that the initial prompt is played in full until the hunt group is notified. Once the Cisco phone signals, the participant hears a dial tone instead of the MOH. What options are available? The MOH Audio Source File is not used when the Cisco phone is busy, but when the phone is idle, a dial tone is played immediately.
What I want is the following:
Caller > MOH Audio Source File > Phones signal (while MOH is playing)
