Conversation options in Unity Connection

Is there a document that tells what the options are when you log into your mailbox?

I am trying to get together a doc for users now using Unity 5.0 and we are moving to Unity Connection 8.5.

Just to add a note to the good tips from Anthony (+5"A")

If you are using the "Standard Conversation" in both versions, the user experience

should be nearly identical
