Create New Number on Call Manager

Hi All, 

 

Need some advice.

 

I am new to Voice.

 

My company uses cisco call manager and we are moving office due to expansion in business and we hired few new staff.

 

Can I create a new number on cisco call manager for these new staff for them to use the IP phones and how to create?

Hi there,

 

You can find detail step in following url - IP phone config - UCM

 

You may find slight difference depends on your ucm version and Ip phone model.

 

Ensure that you have sufficient license available in call manager. 

 

Depends on your dail plan, DID range, vgw/cube you may have to modify/ammend configuration.
