Does anyone know the criteria Unity Connection uses to create the Unused Voice Mail Accounts report run from Unity Connection Servicability? Thanks.

Hi Norman,
This report shows mailboxes where the user has never gone
through the "First time enrollment" process.

You could also use the User Data Dump Tool from ciscounitytools.com. You can run the tool and from the csv output look at the "Time of Last Call" field to look at when the user last logged into his or her voicemail. Here is the info on the feild from the site -
Time of Last Call. Indicates the date and time the user called in to check messages last. This can be handy for finding out which boxes have not been access at all or which ones have not been accessed in a long time. This value is converted into the local time of the computer you are running User Data Dump on.
