We are running Office Communicator 2007 R2 Ver 3.5 and Cisco UC Intregration CSF Ver 8.5. When in deskphone mode, I can select the line that I want my cucimoc to answer. When in softphone mode/laptop, I do not have that option. I can build another csf profile with another number and then it will appear in the selection box to CHANGE lines.
Is it possible to change the Client Service Framework Template to allow multiple lines?

No, CUCILync or CUCIMOC at this point supports single line operation.
