Hi All,
CTI Route Points in the Call Manager which is used for CUE Autto Attendant always get unregistered status every time Call Manager perform a restart or scheduled shutdown/power on. Once the CUCM restarted, we cannot call the auto attendant application on the CUE and as per checking the Call Manager, the CTI Router Points are on unregistered status. Tried to reset the cti route points but issue still persist. The only way that we can solve it is by reloading the CUE Application.
We always encountered this problem every time the CUCM restarted. Even if we will perform a schedule shutdown/power on of the CUCM/equipment, after powering up the CUCM, this issue will happen which is unussual.
Appreciate your advise. Thanks

Hi,
I did not find any known bug for this issue although this seems to happen for a lot of deployments. Can you share the exact cucm version and cue version alongwith the platform on which cue is installed.

Hi Manish,
Thanks for the response. From our other deployments, we are not encountering this kind of issue every time we schedule a shutdown or restart of the Call Manager. I think this is unusual behavior. Here are the version:
CUCM version is 8.5(1) and CUE version is 8.5.1
Thank you.

Hi,
Since this is not a documented bug you may engage TAC with the CTI and callmanager service traces while reproducing the issue to see if anything unusual is going on with this setup. An upgrade of cucm to at least the latest 8.6.2 version and CUE to 8.6.7 can be considered if it is feasible.
