CUAC CTI ports not registering with CUCM

Hi all

I have installed a new HA CUAC and all the sync is working fine with the CUCM but I am unable to get the CTI's to register in the CUCM?

Any ideas?

CUAC 10.5.2.10.15

CUCM 8.5.1.12900-7

Did you try reinstalling the TSP from the current CM. If not, then follow the below steps:

- Download TSP from CUCM application Plug-in
- Un-install the TSP from CUAC
- Delete the configured CTI ports from CUCM
- Remove the unassigned DN from CUCM > route plan report
- Install the TSP on CUAC which is downloaded from the CUCM
- Try Sync the CTI devices

Never thought of that Deepak... I was of the understanding that the TSP is no longer an issue after the initial 8.x version.

I will upgrade the TSP and let you know the outcome...
