Dear Team,
I am doing a integration of CUAC with IMP (Both version 11).
On CUAC client i am able to see the presence of Jabber. That's all fine.
The issue is when I right click on any user on CUAC directory (imported from CUCM) and try to send "instant messages" the option is greyed out.
The reception is using Jabber on her PC along with CUAC client so I believe this option is to send message from CUAC client. (attached pic)
Any ideas ?

Hi Anil,
This works only if Cisco Unified Attendant Console Advanced is using Lync. It does not work if Jabber is being used as the instant messaging client.
