I am trying to install CUBAC version 8.0.X and during the installation it runs the database setup wizard. Whenever I click next it says "Unable to connect to server". CUBAC install SQL Express. Operating system is Windows 2008.
If you have any AD Security plocies, remove them and try again. Another thing I would suggest is to try a fresh installation of your OS and then trying it again.
