Hello Teams,
I added to my CUCM environment the integration of MS teams with direct routing via CUBE.
Now, I want to know if I could control from CUBE when I have active SNR on CUCM and Sim Ring on MS Teams.
For example:
From Teams client 6680 it calls to 7911 on Teams client, the 7911 has the Sim Ring enabled and it generates another call to *7911 on CUCM via CUBE, the 7911 ring on CUCM, but it has SRN again enabled to #7911 to call again to Teams via CUBE.
Is it possible to cancel the second call generate during this call? Or how can I control this behavior?

As the second calls that are initiated by the SNR, or whatever it is called on the other side, essential is a new call I cannot see how you would be able to do this.
