Hello,

Is it possible to suppress the Message Properties option (option 9 after the message plays) for a specific user? If not for a specific user, is it possible to suppress it for all users?

Hi Joe,

You should be able to use the Custom Keypad Mapping Tool to disable the press 9 in the "After Message menu" to create a custom conversation that is applied to only the one user.
