CUC upgrade from 11.5.1 to 14 resulted in bilingual announcement

A recent upgrade to CUC from 11.5.1 to 14SU2 resulted in the Voicemail announcement being played in English and French (Francais).

Is this a known issue?  Was this noted in the errata?
