CUC voicemail to Gmail failed

Hi Everybody,

I have successfully integrated the CUC with Office365.
CUC is able to send the voicemail to my O365 email after leave the voicemail

Domain: domain-A.com
Email: user1@domain-A.com

However, if I changed the CUC > User > Unified Messaging Accounts > User This Email Address to xxx@gmail.com. It failed.
If I click "Test" button, it returns error
Unable to locate an Exchange server at which to access xxx@gmail.com

Is anybody can help?

You can’t use a GMail address with your Exchange integration.
