CUCIMOC integration problem.

Hello,

We try to deploy CUCIMOC in our company, We use the following servers: CUCM 7.1.5 and Active Directory 2003 and Exchange 2007.

We have one problem but dupilcated!!!!

The problem is when we dont deploy the Group Policy and try to access MOC and access the CUCIMOC the pan appeares blanke and I cant perform any call, and other message appeares " Invalid CCMCIP authentication server configuration. [1200]. -There is an pic in attachements-

The problem is when we apply the Group Policy the user cant access the MOC and a message appeares " There was a problem verifing the certificate from the server, Please contact your system administrator"

any ideas...

Hi,

You can do the following

Verify that the registry keys were populated correctly on the cucimoc PC's and make sure that the CCMCIP ip address is correct (it should be a callmanager ip address)

Make sure that the following registry key is set to 0

CcmcipServerValidation
