Hi,
When i'm using soft phone (CSF) its OK, but when i'm trying switch to desk phone i see this : Phone Error. Invalid credentials. [801]
User control both devices, softphone and desk phone. CTI enabled, LDAP connected...

I found this problem. Problem was in CTImanager. After restarting CTImanager service all working perfectly.
