CUCM 10.5 Call Forwarding does not work - Returns Fast Busy Tone

Hi, 

 

I am currently having an issue with having the call forwarding to work. I already configured call forwarding settings after 3 rings on the DN under the same CSS but when I test to call, it returns a fast busy tone after 3 rings. Did I miss something in the configuration or setup? Thanks

Where are you forwarding to? Internal or external destination?  Does the forwarding CSS include partition of the forwarded to number?  There is not much to it if forwarding is to internal DN, if external we would need to check if call makes it to the GW as it may be rejected by carrier.

Call forward is internal. I also overriden css activation policy. Internal PTT is included in the CSS used. Tested calls from both dailled phone to forwarded phone and call has no problems.
