You’ll need to upgrade to CUCM 12.0 and likely replace older hardware to meet the TLS 1.2 only requirement in PCI DSS 3.1. Here are a few articles to get you started:

Hi Jonathan,

Thanks for the information shared. I've seen in one document that CUCM9.1 also supports TLS in its configuration. Please see below link.

I believe this version of CUCM also PCI compliant (probably a different version of PCI DSS). Could you please comment on this if you have any information?
